I have been ordering from here for over 15 years ... Today they want to charge me extra to LEAVE SOMETHING OUT!! Who does this??
I can totally understand an additional cost to ADD something to your order, but leave out carrots?
RIDICULOUS!!
Not only did you lose a 15 year customer, you lost an entire Company!
